Shot this in my house garden using an Olympus FE-46 12 MP digicam. Shot with macro photography settings. Later edited in PhotoShop CS4 to enhance; applied curves, contrast adjustments, etc. During the shoot, the focus was adjusted to the flower blurring out the background.
I made this quick sketch while sitting bored in office for a short while this evening. I guess she is just another pretty face, but hey, she does ensemble the typical ‘Indian woman’.

The solar eclipse of January 15, 2010 was an annular eclipse of the Sun with a magnitude of 0.9190. It was the longest annular solar eclipse of the millennium,[1] and the longest until December 23, 3043, with a maximum length of 11 mins and 7.8 seconds.
The eclipse was visible as only a partial eclipse in much of Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia. It was seen as an annular eclipse within a narrow stretch of 300 km (190 mi) width across Central Africa, Maldives, South Kerala (India), South Tamil Nadu (India), Sri Lanka and parts of Bangladesh, Burma and China.

The Collegiate Church of St Peter at Westminster, which is almost always referred to popularly and informally as Westminster Abbey, is a large, mainly Gothic church, in Westminster, London, England (UK), located just to the west of the Palace of Westminster. Elliot’s beach, besant nagar; frontal shot of the fire licking the air with sparks flying. I’ve applied curves in PhotoShop to make the surrounding more darker in the picture so that the flames stand out in contrast.
Location: the shores of Elliot’s Beach, Besant Nagar; Time and Date: 7.15 pm on Nov 14, 2010; You can see two men rotating the levers that spin the cartwheel. The cartwheel is spinning so fast that the people on the cartwheel are actually ‘invisible’. There were as many as 6 benches and 6 steel horses in the cartwheel. Around 5 people were seated in the spinning cartwheel. You cannot see any of it in this shot!

I had reference for this from a newspaper ad; a macho-kind of man. Tried out the shading on the jeans on my own.
This is one from my heart, one from my imagination! I used a Steadler 6B for the outline and Steadler 8B for the shading. The key was to get life into the eyes, and make it convey the dreams that she harbours in her heart.
