Ego
is like cholesterol. You have good and bad cholesterol. Likewise, good ego
lifts you up in life by giving you ambitions. Bad ego pushes you down by giving
you desires and arrogance.
Every morning when I get up, look back and don't find my still body on the mat, I know it is going to be a great day in my life!
