Every person, at the end of their lifetime, will have learnt one and the only lesson that will evaluate their entire lives for them.

laugh or cry,
smile or frown,
accept or complain,
move on or stay sad,
help or trouble,
love or hate,
pass or fail,
study or cheat,
get rich or end up poor,
travel far or be a frog,
use time or waste time,
live up or give up,
time will still pass anyway; you can't change that. You can only change the quality of your time that will pass, based on your choices.
At the end of life, this is what we either rejoice or regret the most.
Your accomplishments are either none or done.
